1. Refund Policy
Once a subscription is activated and Paid Services are initiated on Export Karlo (“we,” “our,” “us”), all payments made for these services are non-refundable under normal circumstances. No claims for refunds will be entertained once the services have been activated.
Important: Export Karlo does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or authenticity of content posted by users on the platform. All services are provided on a best-effort basis.
However, if you submit a valid refund request within 10 days of payment, and the services have not yet been activated, we may consider a refund as per company policy. The refund process may take 35–45 working days, depending on the verification of the required details.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed via the original payment method.
2. Cancellation Policy
Once Paid Services are activated on Export Karlo, no cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances, even if you choose to stop using the service or cancel your subscription. This applies to all services, including business listings, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
If you wish to request a refund within the 10-day window, please email support@exportkarlo.com with all relevant transaction details. Refunds are considered only for non-activated services.
Refund requests due to miscommunication or disagreements with the sales team will not be entertained. Export Karlo does not guarantee business deals, ROI, or success in any transaction. All services are provided on a best-effort basis.
3. Third-Party Transactions Disclaimer
Export Karlo does not act as a representative for either buyers or sellers in transactions conducted on our platform. We do not charge any commission for facilitating transactions between users.
We are not responsible for the quantity, quality, or authenticity of products or services offered by users. Completion of sales or purchases cannot be guaranteed by Export Karlo.
4. No Liability for Refunds
Export Karlo is not liable for refunds once services are activated. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation. Users are strongly encouraged to review all policies carefully before subscribing to any services.
5. Buyer Protection & Dispute Resolution
If a supplier fails to deliver an order on time, or if the product quality differs from what was agreed, the buyer may request a refund within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Export Karlo will investigate, mediate, and work toward a fair resolution, which may include a refund of the purchase amount, if necessary.
We provide a secure platform for buyers and sellers to communicate, interact, and reach mutual agreements in the event of product returns or disputes.
